Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Structures Foreman to lead and manage our construction crew. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and organize crew members, equipment, and materials to promote safe and timely construction.
  • Ensure accurate reporting records, including job quantities, productivity rates, and time sheets.
  • Develop and maintain a proper crew attitude through regular toolbox meetings and effective communication.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and government safety rules.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent with previous experience in the field or a related area.
  • Ability to demonstrate thorough knowledge and skill to perform essential functions of craft workers under supervision.
  • Ability to perform task planning, safely and efficiently carry out work assigned, and train/teach safety practices.
  • Working knowledge of scheduling, material control, and unit manhour performance.
  • Ability to understand, follow, and transmit written and oral instructions.
Working Conditions

This position requires constant movement around a construction site, working in a noisy and dusty environment, and exposure to changing outdoor weather conditions.
