We are in search of a missile effectiveness analyst to assess and evaluate the performance of tactical missile systems against sophisticated and emerging threats.

Our team is composed of diverse and dedicated analysts who support a broad spectrum of government sponsors, each presenting exciting technical challenges.

We engage in high-fidelity, physics-based modeling while collaborating with experts in various domains, including Guidance, Navigation & Control (GN&C), Radio Frequency (RF) / Infrared (IR) Engineering, Electronic Warfare, Software Development, Systems Engineering, and more.

As a Tactical Missile System Performance Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing engagement-level models and simulations to evaluate the effectiveness and optimal deployment of both legacy and innovative U.S. strike missiles in various scenarios.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to utilize, develop, and enhance missile modeling capabilities.
  • Creating and utilizing innovative data visualization tools for extensive and complex data sets.
  • Preparing and delivering formal documentation to technical experts, operational partners, and government sponsors.
  • Working alongside mission-level analysts to inform and enhance their modeling efforts.

Qualifications:

You meet our essential qualifications for this role if you possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Experience in analyzing the driving factors behind missile system performance or working with aerospace systems.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as MATLAB, Python, or C++.
  • A willingness and enthusiasm to learn missile system concepts to enhance modeling & simulation tools and conduct engagement-level analysis.
  • The ability to obtain an Interim Secret security clearance by your start date and ultimately secure a Top Secret clearance.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • A Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Over 5 years of experience in analyzing missile system performance or working with aerospace systems.
  • Experience with M&S tools such as ESAMS, SHAZAM, and/or TMAP/TBA.
  • Programming skills in Simulink or Fortran.
  • Experience with software versioning systems like Git.
  • Experience collaborating with external customers and partners.
  • An interim or final Top Secret security clearance.
