Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Simulator Maintenance Technician I to join our team at Delaware Resource Group of Oklahoma. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our flight simulators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on flight simulators, including daily system readiness checks, pre-operational and post-operational checkouts.
  • Diagnose and isolate malfunctions in electronic systems, align, adjust, and calibrate installed training devices.
  • Interpret mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic schematics and prepare simplified versions.
  • Perform calibrations, technical adjustments, and interoperability tests on electronic equipment.
  • Conduct voice communications on phone, inter-phone, and radio circuits.
  • Provide networking and information systems support on training devices and networks.
  • Maintain device requirements, system design standards, tool accountability, and FOD procedures.
  • Implement basic modifications to existing simulators.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent and completion of a civilian or military basic electronics course.
  • 4 years of comparable work experience in the aircraft or IT industry.
  • One to three years of experience as a flight simulator technician or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Related skill areas should include technical writing and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated technical writing and oral communication skills.

  • Distinguish colors.
  • Perform Domestic and International travel as required.
