We are looking for a skilled Senior Systems Engineer to support a complex program for the Warfighter, implementing the latest technology. As a member of our team, you will contribute to mission-critical programs with lasting impactful results.
In this role, you will work closely with software developers, Subject Matter Experts, and analysts to perform requirements derivation and refinement. The ideal candidate will have significant technical leadership experience and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Derive functional, system, and performance requirements
- Develop various systems engineering artifacts (CONOPs, architecture diagrams)
- Develop schedules for features; Perform backlog grooming
- Write or review documentation
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Fourteen years' experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is also necessary. Experience on a team that implements agile scrum methodology is preferred.
