Medical Professional for Complex Patient Care

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled medical professional to join its team in Boston, Massachusetts.
This position involves providing care to patients with complex needs, requiring strong clinical skills and initiative.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the nursing leadership team to plan and implement patient care, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
Job Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Collaborate with medical providers, including mid-level practitioners (NP/PA)
- Provide care for adults and older adults with complex medical and psychosocial conditions
- BSN required
- Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure required
- Certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers required
- Med./surg./Tele. experience strongly preferred
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - 150,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, we provide opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.
