Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, assessing their financial needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate financial products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform lending functions for borrowers seeking financing for consumer loans.
  • Assist with branch operations and teller functions, including maintaining accurate records and executing transactions for customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2-4 years of previous related experience in a customer service setting, preferably in a banking environment.
  • Recommended certifications: NMLS (within 1 year of employment).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services.
