We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Rehabilitation Nurse to join our team at HCA Florida Citrus Hospital. As a Cardiac Rehabilitation Nurse, you will play a vital role in the care and recovery of patients with heart conditions.
Responsibilities:- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by a licensed practitioner.
- Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients.
- Coordinate patient care through all phases of the interdisciplinary care plan.
- Apply and utilize telemetry for monitoring of heart rate, regularity, and exercise tolerance.
- Licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations.
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
- American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications required.
- Two years previous RN experience working with cardiac patients, preferably on a telemetry unit or coronary care unit.
