Your Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair various types of rental equipment and tools, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance through our proprietary software system. This includes initiating, updating, and completing work orders for each piece of equipment.
  • Contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient workspace that promotes productivity and safety within the repair facility.
  • Demonstrate consistent attendance and punctuality, arriving ready to work at the designated start time.
  • Transport, deliver, and retrieve construction and heavy equipment as needed, adhering to all traffic regulations and safety protocols.
  • Share your expertise by assisting in the training of new staff members, ensuring they are well-versed in company standards and procedures.
  • Strictly adhere to OSHA and company safety guidelines, policies, and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Perform minor facility repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned.
Your Qualifications:
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
