Job Overview:

Global Partners LP is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of hospitality and service is provided to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager in the daily operation of the restaurant and work at any station when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with established food standards, food quality, preparation, and production.
  • Prepare and maintain personnel records, team member schedules, financial, and administrative reports.
  • Ensure all company operational procedures for the dining room, service area, and kitchen are adhered to.
  • Responsible for decision making in the following areas: team member position assignments, purchases in accordance with established inventory levels and budgets, disciplinary actions as needed, and all decisions required to effectively execute shift operations.
