Mercy Gilbert Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team. As a critical member of our pharmacy department, you will be responsible for delivering and documenting pharmaceutical care to patients using the medication use process.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care services to neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
  • Dispensing medications accurately and timely
  • Preparing sterile products and special pediatric dosages
  • Supporting antimicrobial stewardship and electronic medical record systems
  • Participating in ongoing pharmaceutical education and patient care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
