Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Water/Wastewater Design Engineer to join our dynamic team at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson. As a key member of our water/wastewater consultant engineering practice, you will work closely with senior engineers to develop construction plans and specifications for various design projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to develop technical evaluation memoranda
  • Prepare engineering cost estimates and design drawings using 3D design tools
  • Assist with the development of technical reports and specifications
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering
  • 0-4 years of experience in water/wastewater engineering
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Familiarity with hydraulic designs, water and wastewater treatment process design, and engineering economics
Working Conditions

Work is performed within a general office environment 85% of the time. Field work is required on occasion, where work may be conducted outside in various weather conditions.
