Job Summary:

Tellus Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Associate Director, FP&A to join our team in the area of Financial Planning and Analysis. As a key member of our finance function, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to our business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on financial planning and analysis.
  • Demonstrable experience of working within a fast-paced finance function.
  • Life science industry and prior clinical trial experience are preferred.
  • Strong Excel and financial systems experience, with the ability to manipulate and interpret key financial data.
  • R&D P&L Opex experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Opex experience.
