Emergency Room Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to patients in the Emergency Room
- Assess and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure competency and quality care

Requirements
- Current RN licensure in Massachusetts
- Experience in Emergency Room nursing or a related field
