Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Service Lot Attendant. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for assisting with customer vehicle movement, maintaining a clean and organized service drive, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Greet customers as they arrive to the service drive and advise service consultants of arriving customers for appointments.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers.
  • Vehicle Movement
    • Move customer vehicles to support production flow, including parking and maneuvering vehicles throughout the dealership.
    • Transport customers, pick up, and deliver vehicles to customers.
  • Lot Maintenance
    • Clean the service drive, remove trash, and keep the lot clean.
    • Perform other miscellaneous duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Reliability and Pride in Work Product
    • Ability to climb several stairs and steps throughout the day to move and park vehicles.
    • Able to stand and walk throughout the entire shift.
    • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Qualifications
    • Maintain a neat and clean appearance and be personable and properly represent O'Rielly Chevrolet.
    • Must be punctual, regular, and reliable.
    • Valid Driver's License.
    • Minimum three-year driving history with a good record.
    • Ability to follow instructions.
    • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen, including recreational marijuana.
