How You'll Make an Impact

Therapists play a vital role in treating clients with emotional, behavioral, and mental disorders within a family-driven and trauma-informed framework. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing therapy to individuals, families, and groups in an outpatient setting
  • Performing diagnostic assessments to determine eligibility for mental health services
  • Responding to crisis situations and rapid screen needs of clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Clinical Trainee: Master's degree in psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy, working towards licensure as an LP, LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT
  • Mental Health Professional: Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy, licensed as an LP, LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC

Additional requirements include clearance from DHS and sexual exploitation screening, a valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record.

  • Experience in SPMI, ARMS, ACT Team, TCM, or community-based settings
