Position Overview:

American Foods Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Material Handler to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line at our facility.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an organized supply chain by moving production materials efficiently.
  • Receive and prepare raw materials for production as required.
  • Complete safety checklists prior to operating any machinery.
  • Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) practices for raw material usage.
  • Keep the workspace clear of debris and unused materials.
  • Ensure all production equipment is properly scanned and labeled.
  • Utilize the correct pallets according to specific orders.
  • Generate manifests when necessary.
  • Accurately transfer products to designated scale locations.
  • Verify that all labels are scanned correctly.
  • Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Ability to work in various temperature conditions and around moving equipment while using personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours based on production demands.
  • Successful completion of training in safety protocols and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in material handling or warehouse operations.
  • Prior experience in a production environment.
  • Recent work history within the last year.
