**Key Responsibilities:**



* Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.


* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.


* Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.


* Restock shelves and merchandise as needed to maintain a visually appealing store environment.


* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.


* Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience.


* Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations.



**Requirements:**



* High school diploma or equivalent required.


* Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.


* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
