Job Summary

As a Maintenance Supervisor with Compass Group USA, you will oversee the maintenance crew and provide mechanical assistance to various facilities within the university campus properties. Your responsibilities will include overseeing repairs, maintaining, and assisting in problem-solving issues related to mechanical, plumbing, or electrical systems.

Requirements:

  • Ability to meet deadlines and make sound decisions in stressful situations
  • Strong customer service skills required
  • Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Must be mechanically inclined/tech savvy
  • Must have a clean driving record and a valid Non-CDL Class C Driver's License
