Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting
  • Repair and maintain structures, such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls, and building exteriors
  • Make ready units for new move-ins
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and ability to maintain, repair, and replace them
  • Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance (pre-scheduled times)
  • Perform preventative maintenance activities
  • Complete grounds work, including grounds pick up, sweeping, and light landscaping
  • Pool maintenance
  • Coordinate special projects as directed by the maintenance supervisor or property manager
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous maintenance experience in multi-family housing
  • HVAC Certification (CFC certification) & CPO
  • Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass pre-employment criminal history & drug screen
