Senior Construction Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Building Superintendent to lead our construction projects at LLR Construction, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and execute construction projects from start to finish.
- Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including foremen, carpenters, and laborers.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in commercial general contracting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
