Abundant Life Family Services (ALFS) is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. As a BCBA at ALFS, you will contribute to the development, evaluation, and implementation of treatment plans for children with developmental delays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement clinical service delivery goals consistent with overall agency goals and policy/procedures.
- Complete all required training for state and local licenses, certifications, clearances, and formal training.
- Write and implement behavior management plans utilizing Applied Behavioral Analysis to teach independent functional skills.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments to determine functions of behavior.
- Provide training for parents/guardians on the ABA interventions used in the treatment plan.
- Create graphs based on data to track progress of clients.
- Provide supervision of Behavior Technicians working with clients and their families.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Active status as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Proper licensure/certifications in Pennsylvania.
- Proficiency in conducting FBA's and CEU's for RBT supervision.
