Oncology Early Development Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Research Associate II to join our team in the Oncology Early Development department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and support clinical site management activities
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of data collected in sponsored clinical trials
  • Support the needs of internal and external clients or stakeholders

General Activities:

  • Conduct clinical trial site visits, including evaluation, initiation, monitoring, and close-out
  • Oversee and report on the conduct of clinical trials at a site level
  • Proactive site management, including building and maintaining relationships with site staff, facilitating subject enrollment, and maintaining site audit/inspection readiness

Operational Excellence:

  • Contribute to sponsor goals
  • Promote operational and scientific excellence
  • Identify opportunities and best practices with local/regional partners
