We are seeking a highly qualified physician-scientist to join our team at the University of California - Los Angeles (UCLA) Department of Medicine, Division of Infectious Diseases. The successful candidate will be a full-time faculty member at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor rank, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a strong research program with a focus on translational research in infectious diseases.
- Contribute to the department's clinical excellence through patient care, teaching, and mentoring.
- Participate in departmental and university service activities.
- MD or MD/PhD degree.
- Board certification in Infectious Diseases.
- California medical license or eligibility.
- Translational research focus with an emphasis on infectious diseases processes.
- Experience in teaching and mentoring students from diverse backgrounds.
- Competitive salary range: $155,700-$411,500.
- Membership in the health sciences compensation plan.
