About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Porter to join our team at Gerber Collision & Glass. As a Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and appearance of our shop and office facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the WOW plan consistently to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain the daily housekeeping of the office interior, including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops and work areas.
  • Ensure the daily housekeeping of the production area, including emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and placing tools and equipment in their proper locations.
  • Keep parking lots and grounds neat and orderly, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary.
  • Pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repairs beginning.
  • Exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are complete.
  • Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Automotive experience preferred.
  • Clear close vision required.
  • 18 years or older.
  • Valid Driver's license.
  • Strong attention to detail.
