We are seeking a skilled Porter to join our team at Gerber Collision & Glass. As a Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and appearance of our shop and office facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Execute the WOW plan consistently to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain the daily housekeeping of the office interior, including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops and work areas.
- Ensure the daily housekeeping of the production area, including emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and placing tools and equipment in their proper locations.
- Keep parking lots and grounds neat and orderly, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary.
- Pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repairs beginning.
- Exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are complete.
- Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to multitask.
- Automotive experience preferred.
- Clear close vision required.
- 18 years or older.
- Valid Driver's license.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Annual Paid Time Off (PTO) plans.
