  • Conduct timely repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance on diverse equipment.
  • Accurately interpret testing instruments to diagnose and rectify issues.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all repair and maintenance activities.
  • Engage in technical projects, including the repair of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Manage landscaping, sprinkler upkeep, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and masonry tasks.
  • Assist in the planning of casino projects, oversee contractor work, and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service while complying with all safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance engineering role
  • Proficient understanding of electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and mechanical systems
  • Familiarity with maintenance procedures and tools

Working Environment and Physical Requirements

This position necessitates standing, mobility, and working in a variety of settings, including challenging weather conditions. Candidates must be capable of lifting and transporting items weighing at least 25 lbs and possess the dexterity to operate office equipment effectively.
