Case Manager Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Case Manager Supervisor to join our team at Mt Olivet Rolling Acres. As a Case Manager Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our case management team, providing guidance and support to staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train case management staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent services to clients.
- Develop and implement effective case management plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Conduct regular quality assurance reviews to ensure that services are being delivered in accordance with our standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in case management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in case management, with a focus on supervisory or leadership roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality services to clients.
