Job Title: Case Manager Supervisor

Actalent is seeking a highly skilled Case Manager Supervisor to join our team. As a Case Manager Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing supervision to assigned case managers and coordinating all services to meet the ongoing needs of assigned clients through case managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide supervision to assigned case managers and ensure they are meeting the needs of clients.
  • Coordinate all services to meet the ongoing needs of assigned clients through case managers.
  • Monitor individual treatment plans, intake documents, and monthly reports of case managers in compliance with regulations.
  • Facilitate weekly team meetings and develop policies and procedures.
  • Provide after-hours on-call support on a regular, rotating basis.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a human service-related field.
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed care.
  • Three years' prior supervisory experience.
  • Three years' prior clinical experience.
  • Valid driver's license with ability to travel within a reasonable distance from Malden, MA.
