Position Overview

The Warehouse Operative will engage in both skilled and unskilled tasks within the warehouse environment and at various locations as required. Responsibilities may include working in different areas such as the warehouse, drape, shop, or carpet depot, executing related functions for those sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment
  • Construct exhibition booths and trade show displays; cut and prepare carpet
  • Maintain, repair, and organize inventory
  • Set up booths and install carpet at designated locations
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Ensure tools and machinery are kept in optimal condition
  • Uphold a clean and safe working environment while following safety protocols
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in warehouse or shop operations
  • Proficient in operating power tools and equipment, including forklifts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; basic math proficiency
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required

  • Act as a responsible ESOP owner by making decisions that benefit both the client and the organization
