Position Overview

The Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN) is essential in promoting the health and wellness of residents at Grand Living. Key responsibilities encompass delivering nursing care, administering medications, and overseeing nursing staff. The LPN is expected to maintain the highest standards of care and professionalism, adhering to state regulations and community protocols. This role reports directly to the Director of Health and Wellness.

Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • An Associate's Degree in Nursing
  • A minimum of three years of nursing experience
  • Experience in assisted living or home health care settings
  • An active LPN license
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A solid understanding of resident rights
  • The physical capability to perform nursing duties
