Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet regional goals and align with overall Wealth Management and Corporation's strategic plan.
  • Manage and implement marketing programs, monitor and track budget and performance management, and work with regional leadership, marketing team, sales, and relationship managers to promote marketing campaigns.
  • Operate independently with in-depth knowledge of financial services and the wealth management business unit, interact with various stakeholders to gather data for creation of marketing strategies and content.
  • Establish and implement marketing strategy for dedicated markets, including oversight of budget, implement strategic philanthropy programs, manage sponsorships and events, and coordinate digital marketing activities.
  • Manage local marketing communications, including marketing updates, public relations efforts, and supporting leadership as needed.
  • Review and analyze trends in the wealth management industry and HNW marketplace, as well as performance metrics, to determine appropriate marketing tactics.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of financial industry consumer products and services, marketing concepts, acquired through related work experience and formal education.
  • Analytical skills to oversee performance measurement, tracking, and reporting, and budget management.
  • Negotiation skills to facilitate strategic benefits with external partners/vendors when planning events and sponsorships.
  • Proficiency with digital tools to support events and lead generation, experience with Marketo and/or Salesforce a plus.
  • Solid project management and event planning expertise, writing and editing skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • 5 years of marketing or sales experience, including financial services experience, a College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience preferred.

Work Environment:

This is a hybrid position, and for the effective performance of this role, the duties and responsibilities must be carried out onsite 3 days a week and 2 days work from home. Some occasional travel to local events.

Salary Range:

$75,000 to $110,000 USD. Salary range is an estimate of base pay.
