Job Overview

JRC Incorporated is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to manage projects from start to finish.


As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for tracking and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and management of project schedules, jobs, and other information
  • Complete billing, draw requests, and invoicing for new construction projects
  • Track work completed, calculate pay rates, and request payments for sub-contractor payments
  • Create and maintain digital project folders for job specifics
  • Monitor and update project schedules and track costs vs budget
  • Facilitate meetings to distribute project information to team members


Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Good knowledge of math, calculations, and data entry
  • Critical thinking, detail-oriented, and good time management skills
  • Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of roofing or construction industry a plus
