Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the product lineup and inventory.
  • Clearly articulate the features and advantages of all vehicle models to potential customers.
  • Accurately assess customer needs to ensure suitable vehicle purchases.
  • Stay informed about competitors' offerings and their respective strengths and weaknesses.
  • Utilize test drives effectively to showcase vehicle features.
  • Participate actively in all sales training sessions.
  • Complete all required documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain follow-up with existing customers and prospects.
  • Greet visitors warmly and uphold a professional demeanor.
  • Adhere to confidentiality and compliance policies.
  • Achieve established sales and customer service targets on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Follow safety protocols as outlined in the company handbook.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding customer service capabilities.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Sales Certification or the ability to obtain it in Pennsylvania.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods, typically 8 hours per workday.
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 20 lbs.
