Ryder is seeking a skilled Fuel Service Technician to join our team in Bridgeton, Missouri. As a Fuel Service Technician, you will be responsible for fueling vehicles, washing and detailing vehicles, and performing multi-point inspections on inbound units. You will also be responsible for recording fuel activity and maintaining proper fuel and DEF inventories and reconciliation.

Responsibilities:

  • Fuel vehicles
  • Wash and detail vehicles
  • Perform multi-point inspection on inbound units as required by company policies and procedures
  • Record fuel activity and maintain proper fuel and DEF inventories and reconciliation
  • Move heavy duty vehicles
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks such as tire repairs
  • Maintain fuel island area to Six Sigma standards and policies

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  • Three (3) years or more of experience, having worked as a Service Employee I
  • Proficiency in English written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Understanding of computer hardware and software
