Reports To: Fulfillment Supervisor
Work Environment: Distribution Center
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Monday – Friday: 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM
- Tuesday – Saturday: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Sunday – Wednesday: 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Wednesday – Saturday: 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Position Summary:
The Warehouse Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for the accurate selection and placement of products within the distribution center. Key duties include picking items for retail and online orders, processing orders through the fulfillment system, and ensuring proper storage of incoming products while maintaining inventory integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize system tools to ensure all picking tasks are completed efficiently and resolve any discrepancies.
- Employ system tools to guarantee that all put-away tasks are performed accurately and address any issues that arise.
- Meet performance standards and productivity expectations consistently.
- Prioritize inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts as necessary.
- Assist with special projects as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain productivity standards.
- Strong attendance and punctuality record.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow established procedures.
- Proficient in basic math, counting, and problem-solving.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Safety-conscious mindset.
- Familiarity with warehouse technology, including RF scanners, is advantageous.
- Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, or production settings is beneficial.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and engaging in various movements such as standing, walking, and bending.
- Experience with handling equipment and machinery used in warehouse operations.
- Dependable team player with flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.
