About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at adidas. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales growth in our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing of adidas products
  • Drive sales growth through effective sales techniques, promotions, and visual merchandising
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card sales, and returns
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support store operations

Requirements

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or retail experience preferred
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit card transactions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
