Akaba LLC seeks to fill a part-time Autism Specialist position. This rewarding role involves providing 1-to-1 ABA services to children and young adults diagnosed with Autism, helping them reach meaningful goals such as building social skills, communication skills, and learning to manage challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing individualized behavior support plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Data collection and submission of required paperwork promptly.
  • Working with families for effective collaboration on client progress.
  • Attending monthly case review meetings with their direct supervisor.


Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Driver's License & Reliable transportation.
  • Friendly and energetic, enjoy working with children and young adults.
  • Experience working with individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities (preferably Autism).
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Customer Service Skills.
