Salary
We offer a competitive salary starting at $22.00 per hour, with opportunities for pay increases based on time and training. With a flexible schedule and mileage reimbursement, you'll have the opportunity to earn a great income while making a difference in the lives of our clients.
Job Description
We are seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to join our team as an Autism Therapist Assistant. As a member of our team, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior support plans, collect data, and work with families to achieve client goals. You will also be responsible for submitting required paperwork promptly and attending monthly case review meetings with your direct supervisor.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. You should also be friendly and energetic, enjoy working with children and young adults, and have experience working with individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities (preferably Autism). Additionally, you should be timely and organized, able to work independently, and possess customer service skills.
