Job Description:

Lockheed Martin is seeking a skilled Software Development Professional to support the C4ISR market segment. This position is part of the Weapons Platform Integration organization, specializing in software and systems engineering for the United States Air Force and Navy programs. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, experience with software development and integration, and a focus on web application design and development. The selected candidate will work on an agile development team, responsible for supporting elements of the design/development effort. The role requires a well-rounded software developer with broad experience, but with a focused interest and demonstrable skills in web application design, development, and test. The candidate will be involved in the coordination and task execution of a tiered web application development, including GUI prototyping, external web service integration, development of new web services, design/development of logic layer, SQL DB integration, and IIS hosting. The candidate will require strong technical writing skills and an understanding of system and software engineering principles. The candidate will be involved in the continued design and development of data management and visualization solutions, from requirements development and planning through full implementation, test & integration, deployment, and O&M. The candidate must be able to work within a team environment. Work location will be in King of Prussia, PA, along with virtual options.

Basic Qualifications:
- Pursuing a BS degree in Comp Sci or related discipline
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance.

Remote Telework:

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
