Integrative Emergency Services is seeking one qualified Nocturnist Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become part of our reputable team.
Facility Overview:
Our facility is situated on a picturesque 25-acre campus, featuring modern diagnostic and comprehensive treatment services. The hospital is equipped with a 154-bed patient tower, an advanced cardiac care center, and a full-service multidisciplinary cancer center.
Hospitalist Service Details:
- Daily Encounters: including admissions
- Admissions: 10-12 per day
- Staffing Structure:
- Day Shift: 2 Physicians & 2 Advanced Practice Providers
- Night Shift: 1 Advanced Practice Provider on-site (with 1 Hospitalist physician on call)
- Shift Schedule:
- Day Shift: 6 AM - 6 PM
- Night Shift: 6 PM - 6 AM
- 7-on/7-off rotation
- Procedural Requirements: Not mandatory (Emergency Room physicians & Surgeons available for assistance)
- Code Response: Yes (Emergency Room physicians & Surgeons available for assistance)
- Electronic Medical Records: Meditech (version 6)
- Dictation Software: Dragon
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of post-graduate experience in Hospitalist settings
- Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
- DEA certification
- BLS & ACLS certifications
