Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Concierge to join our team at The Enclave at Round Rock. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and direct visitors to the front desk in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them or take messages as needed.
  • Respond to resident and family member inquiries and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the front lobby and entrance area.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in an office environment, answering phones or customer service preferred.
  • Strong technology skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and professional with excellent communication skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $15.00 per hour and a part-time schedule of 11pm - 7am on weekends. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
