We are seeking a qualified Toddler Teacher to join our team at Kids R Kids of Round Rock - Forest Creek. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with toddlers in a classroom setting and possess knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a classroom of toddlers at state level ratio when the lead teacher is absent.
  • Help implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children.
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
  • Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities.
  • Encourage creativity and imagination through art, music, and storytelling.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with toddler children in a classroom (12 months to 2 year olds).
  • Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with young children.
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Familiarity with state licensing regulations for preschools.
