Job Overview

As an Insurance Income Advisor with Griffin Agency, you will play a crucial role in transforming the life insurance industry with technology and business systems that create a frictionless experience for clients and provide cutting-edge tools to our advisors.

We are an insurance technology and distribution platform that is revolutionizing the industry. Our paperless, data-driven underwriting process allows us to issue policies in under one minute, making us one of the top distributors of digital life insurance policies in the world.

Our in-house marketing team generates approximately 20,000 new client requests per week, exclusively for our advisors. We use a data-driven approach that is constantly fine-tuned to find and be found by motivated clients who have a need and desire to buy life insurance.

As a client advisor, you will have access to our technology-driven CRM to connect with clients who have requested a consultation. The automation will set a virtual appointment from home or anywhere to help them apply for the best plan for their needs.

Our full-time advisors will connect with 10 to 15 families per week. We provide ongoing training and support for our advisor partners. Some of our advisors start on a part-time basis and gradually move to full-time.

In addition to generating client requests, we have created a Direct-to-Consumer platform for independent insurance advisors to leverage. This platform allows clients to buy an insurance policy on their own, from their desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.

The advisor who sent them to the site through a unique link gets paid the commission for the sale. Our client advisors earn income 24/7 by driving traffic from social media, their warm market, and clients who prefer to get coverage on their own time, while still meeting with other clients virtually.

You as the client advisor have access to real-time dashboards for status updates on all applications so that you can track how your 24/7 storefront is performing. We are empowering our agents with leading-edge systems and technology.

Advisor Compensation:

The average compensation is about $1,000 per issued client application. Our average full-time advisors will enroll at least five clients per week. Our top advisors will protect 15 to 20 clients per week. In addition to commissions, you will earn overrides, bonuses, residuals, and all-expense-paid incentive travel.

Expectations:

This position is remote and combines the freedom and tax benefits of being an independent contractor, with the ongoing support and coaching from our team of experts who will help you every step of the way. You will be accountable for your activity and results. Rapid advancement into leadership is available.
