This role will support our operations, human resource, and finance functions, working closely with multiple stakeholders, including leadership and plant associates.**Responsibilities*** Analytical report compilation for operations
* Daily review and accurate coding of AP invoices
* Processing Bill of Ladings post shipment to ensure proper billing and document retention
* Providing ad-hoc support for internal and external audits by compiling requested documents and conducting research
* General office management duties
* Event planning, setup, and management for meetings, meal purchases, and plant-related activities
* General desktop support and collaboration with the IT department to resolve issues
* Filing documents as necessary
