Lead Toddler Educator

We are seeking a Lead Toddler Educator to join our team at Little Friends Of Chatham.
This individual will play a crucial role in presenting engaging and age-appropriate activities for young children, promoting their intellectual and creative growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing educational programs that cater to the unique needs of toddlers
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that encourages children to explore and learn
- Ensuring the physical, emotional, and social well-being of all students by adhering to schedules and routines
- Maintaining positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Communicating effectively with parents about their child's progress and growth
- Upholding high standards of health and safety protocols within the classroom
To be considered for this position, applicants should possess:
- Relevant experience in childcare, teaching, or related fields
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- The ability to establish strong rapport with children and build trust
- A patient and positive demeanor, with excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with Creative Curriculum is highly desirable
Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
