Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with borrowers, understand their needs, and assist them in evaluating the options available through AmeriSave.
- Oversee a pipeline of both purchase and refinance transactions.
- Utilize AmeriSave's advanced technology to assess borrower eligibility for various loan programs.
- Build lasting relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our loan offerings and financing solutions.
Qualifications:
- Recent experience in mortgage loan origination is essential; experience in a call center environment is preferred.
- Must comply with all Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) standards.
- Familiarity with mortgage regulatory guidelines is required.
- Strong negotiation abilities.
- Capability to quickly establish rapport with clients.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
