- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, business leaders, and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
- 13+ years of experience in data management, with a strong background in clinical trials and regulatory submissions.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth through data management strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in data management, including CDISC and GCP.
