Job Opportunity at St. George Spirits

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our production team as a Harvest Assistant. This is a paid, full-time position at our distillery in Alameda, California.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day production, processing, and storage operations of the distillery.
  • Perform a wide range of tasks and projects under supervision from the Distiller.
  • Provide team-oriented support within the production department.
  • Develop an understanding of department best practices and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

  • One year of brewing, winemaking, and/or distilling experience OR restaurant/culinary experience preferred.
  • College degree preferred, high-school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong verbal communication skills oriented towards detailed team coordination.
  • Basic understanding of chemistry, algebra, and mechanical systems preferred.
