We are currently seeking a highly skilled Clinical Hematology Specialist Pacific NW to join our team. As a key member of our Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team, you will play a vital role in advancing patient care and outcomes through scientific excellence, collaboration, and passion.

About the Role:

  • Scientific Agility: Engage in compelling dialogues about data with healthcare professionals (HCPs), explaining complex concepts in a clear and balanced manner.
  • Patient-Centricity: Understand the patient journey and experience, prioritizing their needs and well-being.
  • Customer-Focused/Enterprise Mindset: Align with overall enterprise objectives, prioritizing results-driven solutions and embracing new ways of working.
  • Analytical Capability: Analyze market trends and HCP preferences, deriving actionable insights to inform medical engagement strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical support to address unsolicited HCP questions in real-time, both in-person and virtually.
  • Liaise with key large accounts to understand clinical barriers to patient access and ensure equity in access to clinical trials.
  • Develop credible connections with thought leaders (TLs) in hematology through high-quality peer-to-peer scientific dialogue.
