Job Summary

Providence Cancer Institute of Oregon is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Classical Hematology Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, covering Providence St. Vincent and Providence Portland campuses. Your expertise will be invaluable in evaluating and managing patients with a diverse range of benign hematological disorders, including anemias, hemorrhagic and thrombotic microangiopathies, iron metabolic disorders, and platelet and white blood cell disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Provide inpatient consult services and lead condition-focused clinics, offering patient education and counseling, follow-up care, and collaboration with hematologists to evaluate and provide recommendations on patient management.
  • Engage in independent decision-making about patient needs and provide healthcare services to adults.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care and access to clinical trials and advanced technology.
