As we enhance our operations, we are looking for a skilled Technical Support and Testing Engineer to become part of our team. This position emphasizes delivering technical assistance, executing thorough testing and certification of refurbished robotic systems, and supporting technical sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt and efficient technical assistance to clients, diagnosing and resolving issues related to our robotic systems.
  • Provide both remote and on-site support to troubleshoot and rectify technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with the sales team during technical sales discussions, offering expertise and comprehensive information regarding our robotic systems.
  • Evaluate and test pre-owned robotic systems to determine their condition and operational capability.
  • Assist the sales team in developing proposals and technical documentation to facilitate successful sales transactions.
  • Conduct necessary repairs, maintenance, and upgrades to restore refurbished units to optimal operational standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Familiarity with robotic systems, automation, or comparable technologies.
  • Proficiency in Java.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a technical sales support capacity.
  • Experience in Learning and Development is advantageous.
